Tax Credit Property Management training was created for management professionals involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. This program is the primary source of creating affordable housing properties across the country as well as for rehabilitating and preserving the existing stock of aging affordable housing. This course will help you master the complex requirements of the LIHTC program, including unit eligibility, calculating fractions and maximum rent, documenting income limits, resolving noncompliance, record keeping and file management.
