Frequently Asked Questions

Which courses can I take to earn CECs?

Most courses offered on Visto count for Continuing Education Credits (CECs) needed for credential renewals. You may find out the number of CEC credits offered for each course on the product description page under “Course Details”.

How many times can I take a course?

A course will be scored the first time it is taken, and the learner may retake the course if they receive a failing grade. Once a course is successfully passed, the material can be referenced as needed with no limit.

Do courses expire once purchased?

No, courses do not technically expire. NAAEI offers a timeline in which one must complete the credential offering. Information can be found here:

How do I get my NAA Member Discount?

Please login using your Visto credentials from any product page or the purchase page to enable your membership purchase discount to be applied. If you are logged into Visto, and you are an active NAA member, your discount will automatically be applied to the price when the courses are added to your cart.

My voucher code or promotional code is not working. How do I get assistance?

Can you send me an invoice for the purchase?

Visto purchases can only be invoiced if they exceed $500 in total purchase price post any applied discounts. If your purchase exceeds this amount, please call (866) 472-2344 to request an invoice.


Refund Policy

Credential Classes (CAM, NALP, CAS, IROP and CAPS)
If you need to cancel your online credential course, you may only do so within seven days from the date of payment. Refund requests must be made in writing to Visto Support. You will receive a refund of the purchase price less a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the request, and in the same form as payment was received. No refunds or cancellations will be granted after 7 days from the purchase date.

Training Essentials Courses
There will be no refunds for individual Training Essentials courses.

Continuing Education Courses (CECs)
There will be no refunds issued for individual continuing education courses.
