How do I create a Visto Account?
Which courses can I take to earn CECs?
Most courses offered on Visto count for Continuing Education Credits (CECs) needed for credential renewals. You may find out the number of CEC credits offered for each course on the product description page under “Course Details”.

What is the Visto refund policy for credentials, courses, and CECs?
Credential Classes (CAM, NALP, CAS, IROP and CAPS)
If you need to cancel your online credential course, you may only do so within seven (7) days from the date of payment. To submit a refund request, click here to submit a ticket. You will receive a refund of the purchase price less a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the request, and in the same form as payment was received. No refunds or cancellations will be granted after 7 days from the purchase date. No refunds or cancellations will be granted on courses that have already been started.
There will be no refunds for Grace Hill or NAAEI courses.
Continuing Education Courses (CECs)
There will be no refunds issued for individual continuing education courses.
How do I purchase a course?
How many times can I take a course?
A course will be scored the first time it is taken, and the learner may retake the course if they receive a failing grade. Once a course is successfully passed, the material can be referenced as needed with no limit.
Are courses purchased on Visto transferrable?
Courses purchased through Visto cannot be purchased by one user and reassigned to a different user after purchase. Each course must be purchased under the intended User’s profile.
The only exception is when someone purchases courses or credentials in bulk for team members. Once purchased, the user will receive voucher codes within 2 business days to then distribute to the needed individuals. Team members receiving a voucher code must create a Visto account, add the specified course to their cart, then during checkout would enter the voucher code as their payment method.
Do courses expire once purchased?
Please be advised that you will have access to your course for one year from the date of purchase.
Do voucher codes expire?
Yes, voucher codes expire one (1) year from the issue date to the purchaser.
My voucher code or promotional code is not working. How do I get assistance?
How do I get my NAA Member Discount?
If you are an active NAA member and have added your NAA member ID to your Visto Account, the member discount will automatically be applied to the price when the courses are added to your cart. For information on how to become an NAA member, contact the National Apartment Association at www.naahq.org.
NOTE: The NAA discount of 20% will only be applied during checkout for NAA courses.
Can I buy a course(s) in bulk for my teammates?
Yes! Visit the Buy in Bulk link at the top of the Visto website for a listing of courses and credentials available for bulk purchase.
NAA Members will receive a 20% member discount on NAA courseware, in addition to bulk discounts when 10+ of the same course is added to your cart. After purchasing, you will receive an email with attached voucher codes within 2 business days to be shared with the needed individuals.
Affirm Help Center

Credential Frequently Asked Questions
Do credentials expire once purchased?
Credential programs, including coursework and exam, must be completed within the six-month enrollment period. The course subscription will expire and the course will be removed from your list of courses on the anniversary of your purchase.

Can I buy credentials in bulk for teammates?

NAA Members will receive a 25% member discount in addition to bulk discounts when 10+ of the same credential is added to the cart. After purchasing, the user will receive an email with attached voucher codes within 2 business days to be shared with the needed individuals.
Is there a fee for the NAA Candidate Handbook and where can I find it?
How will I receive my exam code?
To schedule an examination, candidates must have their NAAEI ID AND an exam eligibility code issued by NAAEI. Candidates who have completed their training course in a classroom will receive an exam eligibility code from their course sponsor. Online candidates will receive their eligibility codes from NAAEI once a copy of the candidate’s completion transcript is received. Whether testing at the local association or through LOP, exams are scheduled through Scantron’s scheduling system.

How many questions are on each exam and how long are they timed?
CAMT: 100 questions; timed for 2 hours and 30 minutes
CALP: 120 questions; timed for 2 hours
CAS: 100 questions; timed for 2 hours
CAM: 185 questions, 4 hours
CAPS: 160 questions, 4 hours
IROP: 65 questions; timed for 1 hour 30 minutes
When will I get my exam results?
You will get your results immediately after taking the exam.
When will my local association be notified that I have passed an exam?
Your local association will receive your pass/fail status on a report that is sent to them by NAAEI on a weekly basis.
How many times can I take the test?
Candidates may sit for the test as many times as they want within their candidacy period until they pass the exam.
