The Client Services and Stakeholder Relations course is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders. This course focuses on understanding the dynamics of client interactions and stakeholder engagements, fostering trust, and delivering exceptional service.

To obtain the CAPS credential, candidates must complete the following within 12 months of declaring candidacy:
- Minimum of 24 months of experience as a multi-site supervisor OR 24 months of experience as an apartment manager plus CAM
- Successful completion of all 5 CAPS coursework (totaling 10 hours)
- Meet all examination standards
Note: This is an individual course module for the CAPS credential. See CAPS Online for certification requirements. The 6-month credential candidacy period begins on the purchase date of a student's first CAPS module. Once all five CAPS modules are successfully completed, students should send their Visto transcripts to education@naahq.org.
