Course Description

The eighth and final module of the CAM program is the Resident Experience. Relationships are directly related to occupancy rates--residents who feel connected to the community are less likely to move.

Key concepts taught in this course include how to build and maintain relationships with residents, including lease applications, screening, resident education, resident retention and the move-out process.
