A Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) is a professional designation tailored for property management experts looking to excel in the rental housing industry. The CAM Program consists of seven modules and a comprehensive exam.
To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience (This can be obtained while taking the course; you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)
- Successful completion of all 7 CAM modules
- Meet all examination requirements within 6 months of the course purchase date
