All multifamily professionals have a responsibility to extend the same terms, conditions, and privileges of residency to all regardless of their membership in a protected class. But year after year, this is one of the most common types of housing discrimination reported to HUD. This series consists of two short courses. The first provides strategies for ensuring you provide fair and consistent service to all customers. In the second course, you’ll take a closer look at how to ensure people who are deaf or hard of hearing have a great experience while searching for an apartment home and living in your community.
